Nowadays almost everyone use social media. Example of social media, Facebook, YouTube, Blogger, Twitter, etc... Even me, use it every day, chat with friends, update blog, watch the latest news and others.
I think most of the teenager use social media to widen their friendship, keep in touch with friends or reconnect to their old friends by using social media.
Social media also can be a marketing strategy. As we see that many advertisement post on Facebook, because seem like many people use social media and we use every day so that people can see the advertisement through social media and not just only can see it on television. And people use it to promote their products by making a contest or voting on facebook.
Other than that people also make their own e-commerce business on social media. such as selling cloths, key-chain and others.
I think that many people make social media be a part of our life.

Yes I agree! People are using Facebook to promote everything nowadays. Whether it's to give support to a club or an event that is going to happen soon. There are also some of them who purposely open an account in Facebook just to sell their products, especially clothes and contact lenses.

I'm agree with you too! Besides e-commerce business and voting, Fanpage is on Facebook as well! Like those artists and also the DeeJays who work in radio station also keep on update in their fanpage to let everyone knows what's going on. This has became part of their job which i heard from one of the DeeJay. And also communicate with the radio listener through Facebook. As what i see, now we can just comment on the DeeJay's wall to ask what song i wish to listen which will not use our phone credit. Maybe like 10 years ago we have to call in or sms to the radio station. Now everything just Facebook! :D

I think that social media is a best way for marketing strategy, compare with television or radio, the advertisement on social network can convey to more people nowadays since they are more access to the internet. Even me, I always get know the latest product from social network too :)
